After studying law, Fabrice Haccoun shifted to emerging technologies. He became general manager in mid-size companies or subsidiaries of major corporations such as Business & Decision, Capgemini and Tech Mahindra.
Fabrice Haccoun is also very committed to civic engagement. For many years now, he has been involved in helping disenfranchised youth access employment. From 2014 to 2015, he was a member of the Strategic Counsel for the Country’s Attractivity, advising the President of the French Republic.

Convinced that the current IT companies models are no longer adapted to the employees and clients’ expectations, he decided to bring together his work and his civic engagement. As a true entrepreneur, he founded a company that was tailored to his ambitions and convictions – Livingston, the first socially responsible IT Company. Livingston offers a new federating and sustainable business model which merges business and social responsibility by making participation and employees shareholding schemes at the very heart of its strategy.
